He wrote each and every transaction in his notebook with all the MPESA reference codes, the time the money was sent and person and phone number that the money was sent. His records have come to his rescue and he has silenced his critics by giving an account of all the transactions.
He summed up the total and they amounted to 212,00 which he used from his own pocket and that answered the question as to why he had to be paid that money because it was his hard earned money that he used.
Baba Talisha also said that he helped Brian Chira’s grandmother to open the Pay Bill and he even helped her to obtain a new line using her own National Identification Number to obtain a new Safaricom line from the Ruaka Safaricom shop.
They set up the Pay Bill and the first Bank transaction that he did, he sent 50 shillings to activate the account and later sent 3000 shillings to activate her Equity Bank Account because her account was dormant.
Baba Talisha also confirmed all the bank statements. He even dared anybody who is doubting to go and ask the Bank Manager of Ruaka to confirm who was always signing the money at the bank because it was Brian Chira’s grandmother who was the signatory of her account.
Baba Talisha also handed 7.4 million to Brian Chira’s grandmother out of the money that was collected because the others were used for the burial expenses and he detailed each and everything. He transferred that money on 27th March 2024 just a day after Brian Chira’s burial. That is the same day that he sent everything and also handed the phone to her.
