Manchester City will meet West Ham United in their final Premier League game of the season at the Etihad Stadium. There are however many things which are at stake as far as the game is concerned. This will be the decisive game that will determine the team that will clinch the Premier League title.

Vladimir Coufal also confirmed that most of his friends and fans who are also Arsenal fans sent him lots of text messages requesting him to be very solid and they told him that they just want him to help West Ham United to get a draw against Manchester City.
One of the Arsenal fans promised him that he will get free coffee for the rest of his life if he helps West Ham United to draw against Manchester City.
Manchester City on the other hand is a very strong team and they are very familiar with such situations and they can thrive well under such pressure because they have been in this position for a very long time now. Let us wait and see the outcome of the game.
