Larry Madowo Takes on CS Kipchumba Murkomen After Unearthing Tweets of the CS Complaining About JKIA

CNN International reporter Larry Madowo took a video of himself being rained on at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. He complained about the infrastructure of that place being that it is an International Airport. His major complain was the leaking roofs and the lack of a canopy at that Airpotrt.

His video went viral and the Cabinet Secretary of Roads, Transport and Public Works honorable Kipchumba Murkomen reacted to it. He accused Larry Madowo of painting Kenya in a bad light by showing those videos in social media.

Honorable Kipchumba Murkomen told Larry Madowo that he should not use his global amazing voice to amplify negativity. He even told him that his fellow CNN Colleagues do not do that when they visit their home countries.

Honorable Kipchumba Murkomen further went ahead and said that every time you visit your country or continent and amplify negativity, then you build a false imbalanced image of your motherland.

The remarks of the Cabinet Secretary of Roads, Transport and Public Works did not go well with larry Madowo and he seems to have been irked by them. He then went and dug deep on the Twitter handle of honorable Kipchumba Murkomen and unearthed some of the tweets that he used to post while he was still a Senator.

Larry Madowo shared the screenshots and asked honorable Kipchumba Murkomen if he was the one who Tweeted the Tweets that he shared as screenshots.

One of them that was dated 28th January, 2014, honorable Kipchumba Murkomen Tweeted that there was traffic jam at JKIA gate and it was terrible. He further went ahead to write that it has not looking international.

‘The traffic jam at JKIA gate is terrible. The Airport aint looking international.” Honorable Kipchumba Murkomen Tweeted.
