Written by Police who were on radar on Tuesday morning, arrested a 29-year-old man after finding him with a bag that carried the body parts of a deceased person. It was later realized after thorough interrogation that the body parts belonged to his 19-year-old wife.
The Huruma Police officers of Nairobi County nabbed the man within the area of Kelly Towers. The man was interrogated and he confessed that, he murdered his late wife and then parked the body parts.
The police visited the place of the crime which is believed to be his house. They conducted a thorough search in the house and they found more body parts which were hidden under the bed. The police officers also found a kitchen knife which was stained with a lot of blood and they carried it as an exhibit.
The floor of the house was also flooded with blood stains. The police officers then took the dissembled body parts to city mortuary. A postmortem analysis will be done and the identification of the body will also be done because the body parts were dissembled.
The police officers have not yet known what motivated the 29-year-old man to take the life of his dear 19-year-old wife. The Directorate of Criminal Investigations officers from Starehe are currently dealing with the matter as they await to take him to court.
The cases of ladies being killed in the hands of their lovers has become so much in the country. Recently there is a 29-year-old whose body was found dumped in a thicket in Kajiado County. The lady had even taken a loan and bought his boyfriend a vehicle that he was using as a taxi to get some income for himself.
The sad part is that they had dated for eight strong years and after the incident he dumped the vehicle near the house of her parents.
