When Dida drives around the area in vain, Maria walks here and there in an attempt to locate Bi. Salama’s. In her search for Maria, Bi. Salama has been venturing out on her own.
At the police station, Sada demands to see JJ and declares war on the police officers who refuse to let her see him. When Sultana assures Sada that she will not leave the station without seeing JJ, Sada cries and gets up to beg the officers to let her see JJ for just a moment, at which point the officers tell her that no one is allowed to see JJ because he is a criminal. Sultana begs on her knees for their pity, explaining that she recently miscarried and that JJ is the father but he has no idea. She begs them to let her see JJ despite the fact that doing so is illegal, and they seem to be persuaded.
Amina doesn’t say a word while she watches Kaka eat; after he departs, she stands by the door looking dejected.
The knife is pointed towards Asiya’s throat as Major tries to suffocate her.
At the mansion, Fatima is toasting her new status as Mrs. Jabali with a glass of wine as she watches Ua from the door of her bedroom. She promises Ua that she will soon be the queen of the house and that she will make sure Ua is far away from the mansion because Ua didn’t deserve to be kept in the store.
While on the move, Maria has the thought that she can’t continue her life as a refugee if she has to always be on the move. She decides to return to Nairobi because she knows her way around there. She sees a missing person’s poster for Buya and calls the number because she’s positive it’s Dida and she can help.
She asks him not to blame himself as he thought that she betrayed him with Kokan, and she apologizes for him being in prison, but JJ asks her not to blame herself as he knew it was all part of Major and Kokan’s plans, but Sultana denies it, and she tells him that Kokan is dead and she knew that because she was the one who killed him.
Maria runs into a young man and asks if he has a phone to let her make a call; when the man becomes suspicious and asks Maria where she got her phone, Maria explains that she was robbed and had to get away. As Maria cautions the young man off from touching her, he is amazed and claims that all women play hard to get until they give in; Maria, however, pretends to give in and takes the coconut he was holding, hitting him hard with it and leaving him embarrassed. Sultana says she is sorry because she wanted to tell JJ the truth from the beginning, but he never gave her an opportunity to explain herself, so she decided it was for the best to turn herself in for the crime.
As Asiya says Major should do to her what he planned to do to her, Major grabs her by the collar and demands to know what they were thinking when it came to Bi. Asiya informs him that he hasn’t lost anything because his child is still alive, but the problem is that he mistreated Sultana of all people to the point where he wanted that she died so that JJ could be with Dida. When Sultana starts to go, JJ stops her and asks whether she is absolutely certain that she and Kaka disposed of the body without anyone seeing them.
Major is concerned about how others will react when they learn that his child was switched at birth in his presence, and Asiya tries to explain that she was just trying to help. But, Major has a monumental task ahead of him: he must convince Sultana that he is in fact her biological father. When Major asks Asiya if anyone else is in on the secret, she betrays him by telling him that Babu has all the information he needs. This infuriates Major, who then vows war on Babu.
