She is a renowned video vixen who has featured for artists like Redsan, Willy Paul, Bensoul, Ommy Dimpoz and Reckless among many other artists.
Mary Wanjiru who is her mother received a worrying call on 25th June 2024 from St. Francis Hospital in Kasarani. She was informed that her daughter had been involved in a very tragic fall and she was receiving treatment.
Sarah Gwan’s mother then hurriedly went to St. Francis Hospital in Kasarani and upon reaching, the sight that caught her eyes was not very pleasing. She saw her daughter lying lifeless on the bed with a lot of blood oozing out of her ears. She also had a cut on her head.
It is alleged that Sarah Gwan had fallen from the second floor balcony of one of the buildings in Seasons. It seems that they had a confrontation between friends because there was one man and other two ladies.
Since Sarah Gwan’s condition was very critical, the doctors decided that she had to be taken to Kenyatta National Hospital for further treatment.
His father who was in Karatina boarded a vehicle immediately and he went straight to Kasarani police station where he reported the incident. The police officers however told him to first go and check on his daughter and later report.
Sarah Gwan’s father did as instructed and after checking on her daughter, he reported the incident and the three friends were arrested.
Sarah Gwan fought for her life but breathed her last after four days. The friends said that she threw herself down but the family has insisted that there is something more to that.
The friends were however released on 60,000 shillings’ cash bail each. Sarah Gwan’s father stated that the friends have not even reached out to the family and they have not even sent condolences. He stated that all that they want is that they should settle the matter outside court.
