The paper states that it will not be a walk in the park for the Hustlers Cabinet. There are some nominees who are still having active cases in court and therefore they will find a very rough time during the vetting process.

It also outlines why it will take a long time to know what killed Lawyer Paul Gicheru. The family wants everybody to be present first when the autopsy is being conducted as Raila Odinga also wants the International Investigations to also probe into the matter.
Daily Nation Newspaper
The Newspaper highlights that Lawyer Paul Gicheru is the 13th ICC person to pass on. He was still waiting for his verdict in the coming few weeks. It is however not clear what could have led to his death.
Almost four million Kenyans to benefit from the CRB listing scrap off as their names will be scrapped off. This is an order that was given by President William Ruto.
The Star Newspaper
The Newspaper talks of the tough hurdles that await some of the nominees to the Cabinet. Some of the people who may face tough hurdles are the former Senator of Meru county, honorable Mithika Linturi and honorable Aisha Jumwa. They all have active court cases that are still pending.
