What was Witnessed in Arsenal’s 1-0 Dramatic Win Against Leeds United

Arsenal met Leeds United in another game of the English Premier League. The game started on a very high note but it was temporarily stopped for some time. This is because the technology failed and therefore there was no way that the game could have continued.

The game resumed and Arsenal got a goal before the end of the first half. Martin Odegaard gave Bukayo Saka a brilliant pass and he converted it. The two teams went for the half time break when Arsenal was leading with a solitary goal to nil.

The second half also started on a very high note and Leeds United got a couple of opportunities to put things level but they did not manage. The club got a penalty and Patrick Bamford was tasked to take it. He missed the super opportunity and gave Arsenal more strength to continue defending their goal while looking for another one.

Towards the end of the game, the referee gave Gabriel a red card and he also gave Leeds United a penalty. He later ruled them off after taking a keen look via the VAR. He noticed that Gabriel did not commit a foul against Patrick Bamford and therefore there was no need of punishing the club and the player.

The game ended 1-0 in favor of the Gunners and the club is still in position one. This now means that the club will finish the weekend on top of the Premier League table for another successive time after a very long period of time.
