What was Witnessed in Chelsea’s 2-0 Win Against Sheffield United

Chelsea got back to winning ways after humiliating Sheffield United 2-0. This helped the club to get three crucial points. The game started on a very high note the Chelsea players gave their best. The first half was largely calm and there were no goals that were scored.

Raheem Sterling gave Cole Palmer a brilliant pass and he scored the first goal. Cole Palmer then gave Nicolas Jackson a brilliant pass and the striker scored the second goal. This gave Mauricio Pochettino a good lead and his players continued to show that they still wanted more.

Mauricio Pochettino made some changes in his squad. He substituted Mykhailo Mudryk and brought in Enzo Fernandes, Raheem Sterling with Armando Broja, Cole Palmer with Ian Maatson, Nicolas Jackson with Malo Gusto.

Chris Wilder who is the Manager of Sheffield United also made only three changes. He substituted Andre Brooks and replaced him with William Osula, Oliver McBurnie with Oliver Norwood and Gustavo Harmer with Anis Ben Slimane.

The game ended 2-0 in favor of Chelsea. This now means that Chelsea is in position 10 with 22 points while Sheffield United is lying in position 20 with 8 points. Sheffield United may not survive the Premier League this season.

There is no team with those few points at this stage that has survived. Considering how they play, the team will find it rough in the hands of the other teams and if they continue playing dismally, then the club will be relegated and they will be shown the door.
