Chelsea met Leeds United in another game of the English Premier League. This was a very tough game because Leeds United was playing on their home ground. Thomas Tuchel named a very strong squad but the players did not rise to the occasion to beat their opponents.
Brenden Aarsonson opened the score line and he scored the opening goal for Leeds United. Moments later, Rodrigo Moreno added the second goal after he was given a good assist by Jack Harrison. They held on to that win until the break. The two teams went for the first half break when the score line was 2-0 in favor of Leeds United.

The second half was equally a tough one for the Blues and Jack Harrison also got his name into the score sheet after he was given a brilliant pass by Rodrigo. Thomas Tuchel was forced to act and he made some substitutions in his team.
Conor Gallagher was removed and his place was taken by Christian Pulisic, Jorginho was also substituted and his place was taken by Hakim Ziyech while Ben Chilwell was also introduced to take the place of Mason Mount.

Kalidou Koulibally did not finish the game very well. He was given a red card towards the end and he was sent off. This made Thomas Tuchel to remove one player and bring in another defender. Raheem Sterling was sacrificed and his place was taken by Cesar Azpilicueta.

Jesse Marsch also made some changes in his team. He substituted Marc Roca and replaced him with Adam Forshaw, Daniel James with Luis Sinisterra, Jack Harrison with Sam Greenwood, Brenden Aaronson with Mateusz Klich and Rodrigo Moreno with Joe Gelhardt. The game ended 3-0 in favor of Leeds United.
