Manchester United met Fulham in another game of the English Premier League. The two Managers named very strong squads because they all wanted to go to the World Cup break with at least a win.
The game started on a very high note and Christian Eriksen got his first Premier League goal that got the game going. This stood for the rest of the first half. The two teams went for the Premier League break when the score line was 1-0 in favor of the Red Devils.
The second half started on a very high note and all the Managers only made two changes each. Marco Silva substituted Harry Wilson and replaced him with Daniel James and he also replaced Tom Cairney with Josh Onomah.
Erik ten Hag also made only two changes and he substituted Anthony Elanga and replaced him with Scott Mctominay and he also replaced Anthony Martial with Alejandro Garnacho. All the substitutes are the ones who made a difference in the game.
Daniel James equalized for Fulham and this set the game going. He announced his return to his former club and scored past his former goalkeeper. The Fulham players got the momentum and they really pushed hard for a win or even a draw.
Their ambitions were cut short because the Manchester United players did not give up until the last minute. Christian Eriksen gave Alejandro Garnacho a good pass and the 18 year old scored the winning goal for the Red Devils with barely some seconds to the end of the added minutes of the game.
