Why West Ham may Eliminate Arsenal out of the EFL Cup
West Ham United will host Arsenal in another knockout stage of the EFL Cup. This will not be a walk in the park for Arsenal because David Moyes also wants to prove a point that he can conpete among the best.
There are several reasons as to why Arsenal may be knocked out of the competition by West Ham United. First of all, the superiority complex may make the Arsenal players to disregard the West Ham players by making them to look for very inferior because they are above them in terms of quality and squad depth.
This may make the players to relax and give the hungry West Ham players the opportunity to score them. West Ham also kniws how to defend very well after scoring, they may score and put all players behind the ball.
West Ham United also know that they are not in very many competitions and therefore they may take this game seriously so that they can continue being at the top of their game. They may want to win this game so that their presence can continue being felt.
West Ham United has also not been gettting good results of late and therefore the players are looking for an avenue to get back to winning ways. The EFL Cup is a very good competition to get back to winning ways by rotating players and seeing how they can improve the team.
