Written by Boniface Mwangi who is a renowned Kenyan activist has voiced his concerns in regards to the mysterious death of a lady whose identity has been revealed as Emmaculate Odhiambo.
The said lady died under mysterious circumstance in Kileleshwa. It was reported that the lady was living with her aunt together with the husband to her aunt who is attached to Kileleshwa police station.
Reports indicate that Emmacualte Odhiambo lost her life after falling into a drainage tunnel. Apparently, she fell after she was sent to go and buy some groceries. She was unfortunately swept away by floods.
According to her family members, they searched for her but they did not find her. They later found her at 9pm after being swept away by floods. The aunt claimed that when they found her body at night, she had already succumbed to death.
According to them, they took the body to Chiromo morgue at 9pm. Contrary to their timelines, the records at Chiromo state that the body of Emmacualte Odhiambo was taken at 3am.
A witness who saw the body claimed that it had some bruises. This is what has left many people pondering into the question of what must have transpired that led to the bruises. This has caused many unanswered questions as opposed to answers.
Boniface Mwangi has raised many questions in regards to this mysterious death and according to her, the story is not adding up and there must be something fishy in relation to the story. We are still not very sure what could have transpired.
It is believed that the lady was an orphan who was raised by her grandmother. Her aunt requested her to stay with her after she had completed her college studies at the Nyabondo Medical Training College.
