The person who saw Brian Chira alive before his death has finally spoken after witnessing the incident. He said that he was going to one of the clubs to chill and he boarded a motorbike, after reaching the club, he realized that there was a man who was being dragged out of the club, upon checking, he realized it was Brian Chira and he was very drank. He even called him and he responded.
He realized that the club was being closed and Brian Chira asked him to take him home. Since they were going the same direction, they boarded the motorbike together. When they reached the place where Brian Chira was to alight, he requested them to move further a bit because he was too drank.
After reaching the place where he wanted the motorbike stopped, he alighted and when he was asked for the fare by the motorist, he ran. After only making two steps, a white canter knocked him and the driver sped off.
The motorist also became afraid and he also sped off. He was left there with Brian Chira and the soldiers who were around joined him. He called the security landline and he was connected to the nearest police station.
The police officers came at around 4am and they took the body and they went to the police station where he recorded some statement in relation to that accident. He stayed there until morning and the body was later taken to City mortuary. It is indeed sad that Brian Chira had to die at such a tender age.
