The festive season always comes with different issues. Some celebrities were involved in road accidents during the 2023 Festive season but they navigated through.
In a terrifying car accident in Nakuru on December 30, comedian David Oyando—better known as Mulamwah—was involved but he came out unharmed.
While trying to dodge an unexpectedly stopped car, Mulamwah’s vehicle turned over many times, as he described in post-accident videos he shared on social media.
Mulamwah praised the witnesses and the Kaptembwa police department for their aid after he miraculously escaped the incident with only minor injuries.
It may have turned out differently, but Praise be to God, who gives us multiple chances. According to Mulamah, the incident occurred on 30th December, 2023 at 12:47 on the Ngata Bridge, just outside Nakuru, while the group was on route to Nairobi from Edoret. They were attempting to avoid a car that had abruptly stopped after applying emergency brakes when they rolled multiple times.
“I escaped with a pal and we were both unharmed. All vehicles involved were unharmed. God is the reason we are here today. Nothing is guaranteed, so savor the present while you can. To the Kaptembwa police officers and locals who came to our aid, asante sana. Baraka tele,” Abdullahi said.
On Christmas Day, Bahati and Diana Marua, together with their children, were involved in a car accident. Their Mercedes Benz was damaged, as shown in an online video.
Thankfully, no one in the family was hurt, but it was a sobering reminder of how life can be so unpredictable.
Diana described the incident and the following interruption to their journey while showing a range of emotions.
The children have been taken to the office so that we can resolve these matters here. I am unsure of how to feel—angry, sad, or laughing. The adventure has abruptly come to an end.
Eve Mungai, a YouTube sensation, and her boyfriend, Director Trevor, survived a car accident that happened on Christmas Eve.
Trevor recorded the terrifying moment their car careened off the road and into a culvert, and he uploaded the footage online.
As Eve confirmed their safety with a coded message, she also admitted that the ordeal had taken an emotional toll, saying, “There’s a certain disrespect that an apology or explanation just can’t fix.”
With the addition, “I’m doing okay, thanks for asking anyway.”
