Joseph Mwenda who is popularly known as DJ Joe Mfalme is finally a free man after he was freed from detention. He will however be a state witness in the murder case surrounding the death of Felix Kelian Kintosi who was a Detective at the Kabete Police detective.
On the other hand, DJ Joe Mfalme’s hype man who is known as Allan Ochieng but widely known by his stage name as Hype Ballo has been charged with the murder of Felix Kelian Kintosi. He will appear before the Kiambu Law Courts where his case will be heard and later determined.
The family of Felix Kelian Kintosi were however not satisfied with the ruling and one of the family members who is known as Jackline stated that they are not comfortable with the fact that out of the seven people who were arrested, only one was found guilty and the other six were freed due to lack of sufficient evidence to prosecute them.
She even stated that the family is sensing that they will not get justice because when the case is just starting, then they hear that a huge number of the suspects have already been released.
Jackline also said that they managed to talk to their relative before he died and he did not pass away immediately after he was beaten up. She also added that he was beaten up, later arrested by the police, he was taken to the cell and spent some time there and then he was later released to go for medication.
Jackline also revealed that they are much aware that the detective was not beaten by one person but several people. She requested all the authorities concerned to do and conduct a conclusive investigation so that all the culprits can be brought to book and pay for the crime that they committed.
