Eye Witnesses Reveal the Mistake did by Garissa Teacher That Led to his Death by Plane

A deputy principal was killed suddenly when he was collecting KCSE test papers in Masalani, Garissa county. Students, stakeholders, and family members are all in mourning because of the sudden and untimely demise of their beloved teacher whose life was cut short unxpectedly.

People in Kenya are still trying to make sense of what happened, but those who were there at the time have described what transpired and what happened.

Eyewitness accounts suggest that the deputy principal may have killed himself in his haste to get the exam papers to the students on time.

The instructor was ready and waited for the helicopter to transport him to his destination after retrieving the exam papers from their container.

According to eyewitness accounts, the instructor was rushing to hand out test papers and may have rushed through boarding before it was safe to approach the helicopter. This is very sad indeed.

Because the rotor blades are spinning at a lower angle when the helicopter lands, it is possible to get hit by them if you approach too soon. A safe gap between you and the landing helicopter should be maintained at all times, ranging from 100 to 200 metres. This is the knowledge that the teacher lacked and if he had it, his life could have been spared.

According to witnesses, the instructor might have rushed up to the helicopter before the rotors stopped whirling, making it unsafe for him to join. He obviously lost his life because of this mistake. This should act as a lesson so that more deaths of this nature cannot be witnessed again.
