Belgium was given a shock surprise in the World Cup by Morocco. The African nation beat the World soccer Power house by 2-0 despite the fact that almost all the players in that team are superstars who are playing for very big clubs across Europe.
This results angered the fans and they rushed online innorder to comment on it. They said that Roberto Martinez should leave their team with immediate effect. According to them, he is the one who greatly contributed to that loss by his squad selection.
Some of the fans said that if they are knocked out at the group stage it will be a very big disappointment to their Nation because they went into the competition as one of te favourite nations to lift that trophy.
They said that Roberto Martinez is overhyped for no reason and there is nothing special that he has done. They added that they don’t understand how some players who are on form were left out while the ones who are out of form are being given the chance to represent the Nation.
Other fans also said that the team was generally terrible from the defense and there are some defensive errors that were made and led to the two goals. They also added that the forward line was also very blunt and the players did not create more chances to guarantee good results.
Apart from the Manager, the fans also accused the senior players of the team for not standing high as things were not moving in their direction.
