Arsenal met Burnley in another game of the English Premier League. The Gunners went into this game with very high spirits after beating West Ham United 6-0 last weekend. Mikel Arteta named a very strong squad that the Burnley players could not sustain.

Martin Odegaard gave Arsenal the first goal after just four minutes into play. The game went on well and Arsenal got a penalty just before half time. Bukayo Saka was tasked to take it and the star boy did not disappoint as usual. He scored the second goal for Arsenal. The first half ended 2-0 in favor of Arsenal.

The second half began on a very high note and the Arsenal players showed that they wanted nothing but to just cement their win. Martin Odegaard gave Bukayo Saka a brilliant pass and the English international player scored the third goal.

The Gunners continued with their good run and Leandro Trossard finally found the back of the net after missing some important chances. Arsenal were in total control of the game and they decided to keep pace with the other Premier League title contenders.

The goals continued to rain and Jakub Kiwior gave Kai Havertz a brilliant pass and the German international player scored the fifth goal for the Gunners. This assured Mikel Arteta that his team bagged the three points.

Mikel Arteta after realizing that he had nothing to lose, he rested some of his key players. Bukayo Saka who was on a yellow card was substituted and his place was taken by Reiss Nelson. The yellow card denied him the opportunity to score a hat trick.

Leandro Trossard was also substituted and his place was taken by Eddie Nketiah, Ben White with Cedric Soares, Declan Rice with Jorginho and Kai Havertz with Emile Smith Rowe.

Burnley also made some changes, Zeki Amdouni was substituted and his place was taken by Joham Gudmundsson, Maxime Esteve with Charlie Taylor, Aaron Ramsey with Jay Rodriguez, Lorenz Assignon with Vitinho and Wilson Odobert with Jacob Bruun Larsen.

The game finally ended 5-0 in favor of Arsenal. David Raya also kept another clean sheet and he is now the goalkeeper with the most clean sheets with less games than the other top rivals for the golden glove award.

This was the first time in history that Arsenal scored 5 goals and above in away matches after the Westham 6-0 and then the Burnley 5-0.
