He substituted Leandro Trossard and replaced him with Gabriel Martinelli and he also substituted Bukayo Saka and replaced him with Gabriel Jesus.
Gabriel Jesus then gave Declan Rice a good pass and the English international player finished his good game with a goal and an assist. The game ended 3-0 and this meant that David Raya will win the Golden Gloves because no goalkeeper can now match his clean sheets.
