Harambee Starlets Under 17 striker Marion Serenge has made a huge decision and she has decided that she will skip the 2024 KCSE examinations that will culminate the end of her Secondary School Education.
Marion Serenge has decided that she will be a patriotic Kenyan and she will represent her country at the World Cup if at all she will be called up again after performing well and helping Harambee Starlets to qualify for the World Cup.
Marion Serenge stated that it was a very tough decision to make but after consulting with her family, she has decided that if she will be selected, then she will forfeit the exam and represent Kenya at the Under 17 World Cup.
Marion Serenge also said that she is still very young and she can still sit for the KCSE next year. According to her, the World Cup comes only once and it she never knows what it holds.
She added that she can go and end up performing very well and she can even impress the European scouts who can pick her to join some of the best clubs in Europe and even end up getting a scholarship.
This is actually a very good decision that Marion Serenge has taken because she is actually still very young and she can still sit for the KCSE even next year. Furthermore, Kenya has never qualified for the World Cup and this is an opportunity that she cannot miss because she will never play for the Under 17 again.
Marion Serenge may even get the best opportunity of her life time because she can impress the scouts of the European clubs and she can even secure a good scholarship that can take good care of her studies and also her football career.
The decision that Marion Serenge has taken is a very brilliant one because there is no place that the KCSE exam is going to since it is there each and every year.
