Ronald Ndubi who acted the role of Victor in Maria show that used to be aired in Citizen Television, opened up about some things which people do not know about him. He was hosted by Bridget Shighadi who was known as Sophia in the Maria cast and is currently acting as Yola in the Zora Show in Citizen Television that took over from Maria. He talked about a number of issues and answered some questions that Kenyans posted to him.

One of the things that he clarified on, is his relationship with Dorea Chege who is well known as Maggie. He said that they are dating and there are plans under way concerning their wedding. Bridget Shighadi recalled that she never saw them very close while they were acting in Maria. He gave a gentle answer that they first became friends and he one day invited her for a lunch date and then they did several projects together.

They grew to best friends and then it evolved into a relationship. He also added that he is currently 35 years old and this is the best age to get married according to him. Most of their fans will be eagerly waiting for that grand wedding that they will do. Their relationship is like a surprise to many people because they did not use to act occasionally together in the Maria Series.

The actor also revealed that Maggie is a super woman aside from her beauty. He added that she has really changed his life and she has taught him how to save his money. According to him, he used to spend a lot and he was a poor financial manager. Her lady has taught her a lot of things that he did not know of.

In regards to his past relationships, he said that he had some but Maggie is the first official one. He also denied the claims that he has a child with a Baby Mama elsewhere. According to him, he did an advert with some two kids and then he posted a photo with them together. Some bloggers then took the photo and changed the narrative that he is their father. This was just an advert that he was doing with the kids since he is also an influencer.

The other thing that people do not know about him is the fact that he is a Prayer Warrior. He narrated how he fasted for 21 good days. He however said that the fasting was just between 6am to 6pm. After this period he received a message that there were some auditions going on for the Maria Series. The person who told him about this is Madam Zalena of Zora Show who acts as the mother of Kwame and Madiba. He narrated that he first ignored it since he was held up with another episode in Selina which airs in Maisha Magic East.

Another chance came again when they were now looking for the actors who will take the role of Luwi and Victor in the Show. He gave it a trial and out of the five people who showed up for the auditions, he was picked alongside Brian Ogana who assumed the role of Luwi. According to the veteran actor, some people think that he just got lucky and became famous. He added that he had been in the acting industry for eleven years before the Maria Show and he had done uncountable auditions for various shows. His hard work and determination is what kept him moving and he knew and believed that one day he will be a great Super Star.

According to him, he joined the acting industry in the year 2008. Apart from acting, he is also a Script Writer. He always writes scripts and sell them in a certain website. This is one of the ways that he makes his money. He is very much passionate about Script Writing and he loves it more than even the actual acting itself. He is also currently working on his own Project and he is shooting some of the Scripts that he has written. He revealed that he will release the content once the shooting is done.

One of the reasons why he will release them after the end of the video shooting is because he wants to release them once or gradually and not leave people in suspense. He will drop his content on YouTube so that his followers can watch them. YouTube has been one of the best platforms for content creators especially during this tough times which have been brought by COVID-19. Most of them have been making a living out of it because it really pays well for the Channels which have been monetized. Some of them are nowadays using the platform as their main source of income.

Ronald Ndubi also disclosed that he hails from a family of seven siblings and he is the only man among six girls. He is the second last born in that family. The other thing that he disclosed is that most people hated him passionately because of his role in the Maria Show and it even extended outside. He however admitted that he was prepared for the trolls because Silas had told him in prior that he will not find it easy with the people who are closely following the Show. This gave him the courage to push more despite the fact that he did not become the fans favorite.

He also admitted that he is also hoping for Maria Season two as promised by Rashid Abdalla. It seems that the deal is still not ripe and ready because according to how he was talking, they have not even started shooting the Season Two. They both hinted that they do not know when it will be. He also stated that Bridget Shighadi alias Sophia has been his very good friend on and off the screens. He also admitted that their Chemistry was a good one and they still vibe a lot concerning very many issues even aside from acting.
