Many people came from various parts of the country to attend the inauguration ceremony of President William Ruto. This however did not end up well for some supporters passengers. It was reported that a bus that was heading to Nairobi, got an accident at Sachangwan.
It was reported that a total of 31 passengers got injured after the bus that they were using to travel, lost control and eventually plunged into a ditch at Migaa which is found along the Nakuru- Eldoret highway.
This saddened many Kenyans and they rushed online in order to give their comments. They said that they are grateful that there is no one who lost his or her life in that accident and everybody was safe despite the injuries that they sustained.
Some people also said that they hope that all those who are travelling to attend the swearing in ceremony will be protected and they will all reach safe in Nairobi. They further advised the drivers to be very vigilant because some of them are not used to driving to Nairobi.
Other people also advised the drivers and the passengers never to be overjoyed because sometimes pride comes before a fall. They rather urged them to be calm so that they can reach their destination without any problem. They even asked the drivers not to race against each other because it may also cause problems on the road.
We wish all the passengers who got injuries quick recovery and hope that they will heal sooner than expected.
