Written by Political leaders and analysts have foreseen something that will happen in the Mount Kenya region if honorable Raila Odinga gets the African Union Chairperson’s job. This is because he will be out of the 2027 race and the leaders who have been insulting him will now have nobody to insult and win their people’s hearts.
The EALA Member of Parliament has foreseen something that may make the Mount Kenya region to be sidelined as other regions united together the way President William Ruto and Raila Odinga united back in 2007 when they formed the legendary Pentagon which was a great force to reckon with during those days.
He said this just a day after the President together with the opposition leader put aside their differences and met President Yoweri Museveni. This is in line with the African Union Commission Chairperson’s position.
The other political experts noted that most of the Mount Kenya leaders have been using Raila Odinga as a scapegoat in order to gain political mileage and hence get more votes from the people. They will now have to realign themselves very well because when Raila Odinga will exit the stage and take the mantle as the next African Union Chairperson , then their agenda will be outdated.
Honorable Kanini Kega also stated that he is seeing danger ahead because they have been riding on Raila too much as opposed to facing the real issues. He also noted that he is seeing a scenario where all the other tribes may unite together in 2027 like 2007 and leave the Mount Kenya region behind.
