Ua, in a hurry, runs into Sada, who is astonished to see her; meanwhile, Asiya, who has returned inside, is searching for Ua and calling her name. Sada puts a hand over her mouth and shoves her to one side. Asiya hears Fatima’s voice and realizes that she is threatening her with a reminder of her newfound authority as the head of the household if she doesn’t do her responsibilities. Ua is so happy to see Sada that she begins to laugh out loud, but Sada quickly covers her mouth and asks her to be quiet, warning that their voices would be heard if they don’t.
Zuu is ready to leave because she was only supposed to assist Babu clean, but she is angry at him for trying to control her life and treats him rudely. Babu apologizes, claiming that he believed she would heed his advice. Since Kokan is no longer available, Babu inquires about his medications; Zuu informs him that he must resort to herbal medicine due to the high cost of pharmaceuticals; she then questions whether that was the man Babu intended for her to be with, wondering what Mwanzele was thinking in taking Babu’s medicine. Babu explains to her that this is why he begged her to change her mind before he attempted suicide again, because this time they might not be able to save him.
Kaka tells Amina that he was waiting for her to wake up so that he could bid her farewell before leaving for work. Amina is surprised that Kaka is leaving after the argument they had, but Kaka explains that he wants to go visit his parents because he is concerned about them even though they are not his biological parents. Kaka has trouble understanding Amina, so he takes a few feet before stopping and telling her he wasn’t going to see Dida as she assumed.
Sada peeks inside the house through the gate, thinking to herself that they had better get ready. She then goes to Ua and asks her to come in, but Ua refuses because she fears for her child’s safety. Sada tries to reassure Ua by telling her that she is there for her, despite knowing of the evil deeds they did to her while she was insane. Sada assures her that Sultana is secure and that she took them far away for their own safety, but Ua reveals that she was afraid since Ua didn’t get her and told Sultana that her daughter was in danger. Sultana’s identity was revealed to Fatima as well, but Sada assures her that she came to deal with Major and Fatima. Ua notices that Sada still thinks she’s crazy, so she reveals that Sultana is Sada’s daughter, as told by Asiya and Bi. Salama. Sada is shocked to learn that she has a daughter.
Fatima summons Asiya for a glass of juice and tells her to forget about Ua, thanking her for making her job easier because she intended to kick Ua out of the house. Asiya explains that she has been instructed not to let Ua leave the residence. Fatima then assures Asiya that she need not worry about Major because she has him in the palm of her hand and can persuade him that the accident was not her fault on the condition that she remain
Ua tells Sada that the day Major was forcing Sultana out after his trip was also the day she lost her memory, and that Asiya and Bi. Salama had revealed that Sultana was their daughter. Sada is shocked that Asiya knew the truth and had watched her suffer and yet she had stayed quiet. She begs Ua to believe her and take a deep breath, but Ua explains that she can’t since she needed to check on her daughter and that Major was out and Fatima and Asiya were at home.
Major puts on a pair of gumboots and a sack of grass while heading to the village with a panga in his hand.
Fatima asked Asiya to get rid of Ua’s clothes so that she could rearrange her own in the closet, but Asiya told her that she was going too far and that Ua didn’t need to be a part of their plans because they had no bad blood and Ua didn’t know what Asiya had in mind with Major. Fatima scolds her for accusing her of being the bad guy when in fact she and Bi. Salama switched Sultana and JJ at birth, causing Ua to become insane.
Saddened by Major’s treatment of his own daughter to the point where he wanted to kill her, Ua worried that Sultana wouldn’t accept her as her mother. Sada tells her to calm down, explaining that they had to take things slowly because Sultana didn’t know anything about it. Ua agrees to return home and asks Sada to help her reconnect with her daughter and JJ, who she considers her son even though he no longer lives with her.
When Zuu goes bushwhacking for herbs, she encounters Major, who happens to be carrying a panga, and she asks to borrow it; however, Major quickly covers his face and flees. Zuu gives chase, asking him to lend her the panga for a little while longer, but the man becomes even more suspicious when she reveals her true identity. Major drops his satchel and removes his mask.
