Arsenal have emerged as the favorites to sign France and Chelsea midfielder Ngolo Kante. This has been considered by football pundits as a very shocking move by the Gunners. The World Cup winner is only remaining with 12 months in his contract and the Gunners are trying to trigger the Blues and see if the club can cash him in as early as now than risk losing him as a free agent in the next one year.
There are very many things that Ngolo Kante can add to the Gunners if the club can get his signature from the Blues. First of all, he will add a lot of depth in the midfield area of the club. He will join other midfielders like Thomas Partey, Granit Xhaxa, Mohamed Elneny and Albert Sambi Lokonga and Fabio Viera.
Ngolo Kante is an experienced midfielder and he has the capability of getting straight to the first team. His experience can help the Arsenal midfield which has not been performing well of late. Thomas Partey who is equally experienced but very prone to injury.
Albert Sambi Lokonga has also not adapted well to the English football and therefore he is still not very reliable in the midfield. Ngolo Kante can be brought to help and fill the void that is still left in the Gunners midfield.
Ngolo Kante is also a winner and he can help the Gunners to rise back and be among the top four clubs in the Premier League. This can guarantee the Gunners a return back to the Champions League since the French midfielder has managed to win the Champions League with Chelsea.
