The midfield had Granit Xhaxa and Mohamed Elneny. The forward line was unchanged and it had Bukayo Saka, Martin Oedegaard, Gabriel Martinelli and Gabriel Jesus. Marco Silva named Bernd Leno in the goalpost, Antonee Robinson, Tosin Adarabioyo and Kenny Tete.
His midfield had Joao Palhinha and Harrison Reed. The forward line had Nesskens Kebano, Andreas Pereira, Bobby Reid and Aleksandar Mitrovic. The first half was a very tough one and Bernd Leno tried his best and denied his former team mates an opportunity to take the lead. The first half ended 0-0.
The second half was a very tough one and Gabriel made a mistake that made Aleksandar Mitrovic to score the first goal. This set the pace and the momentum for the game. Bukayo Saka gave Martin Odegaard a good pass and he played well like a captain and equalized the goal.
Gabriel redeemed himself after the mess that he put the Gunners into. He scored a late goal that proved everything at the end of the game. The Gunners defended their lead until the last minute of the game.
Mikel Arteta made very strategic changes and they really worked. Kieran Tierney was substituted and he was replaced by Edward Nketiah.
