What was Witnessed in Arsenal’s 2-2 Draw Against Liverpool in the Premier League

Arsenal visited Liverpool at Anfield for another game of the English Premier League. This was a very competitive game for the two teams. The Gunners started the game on a very high note. Gabriel Martinelli was once again on the score sheet and he opened the score line. He scored a brilliant goal for the club.

Gabriel Martinelli was again very vibrant and he provided a good cross to Gabriel Jesus who headed in the second goal for Arsenal. This really boosted the morale of the Arsenal players. They really displayed a very good game.

Liverpool did not take the two goals as a setback but rather a stepping stone. Mohamed Salah scored one goal before the break and this boosted the confidence of the Liverpool players. The first half ended 2-1 in favor of Arsenal.

The second half started on a very high note. The Liverpool players came back more charged and they were ready to strike again. The club got a penalty but Mohamed Salah was not able to score. He knocked the ball outside. This came as a temporary relief to Arsenal.

Jürgen Klopp made some changes in his squad. He removed Curtis Jones and replaced him with Thiago, Diogo Jota with Darwin Nunez and Fabinho with Roberto Firmino. Mikel Arteta also made some changes in his squad. He substituted Gabriel Jesus with Leandro Trossard, Martin Odegaard with Jakub Kiwior and Oleksandr Zinchenko with Kieran Tierney.

Trent Alexander Arnold gave Roberto Firmino a brilliant pass and the Brazilian international player scored the equalizing goal for Liverpool. The game ended 2-2 and this was like a setback to Arsenal in relation to the chase for the Premier League title.
