Arsenal met Leicester City in another game of the English Premier League. The two Managers named the same squads that they used in their opening games of the English Premier League. Arsenal started the game on a very high note and the players showed that they wanted nothing but a win in that game.
Granit Xhaxa gave Gabriel Jesus the first pass and he comfortably scored a superb goal. This was his first goal for the club in the Premier League. The Brazilian international also added the second goal before the end of the first half. The first half ended 2-0 in favor of the Gunners.
The second half started on a very high note and the Leicester City players put the Arsenal players under a lot of pressure. William Saliba gifted the visitors an own goal and gave them some hope in the game.
The Arsenal players quickly responded to the own goal and opened a very wide margin gap. Gabriel Jesus gave Granit Xhaxa and the midfielder converted a very brilliant goal that helped the Gunners to extend the lead against their opponents.
James Maddison then pulled another goal for Leicester City. He was given the assist by Kelechi Iheanacho. Gabriel Martinelli then sealed the victory for the Gunners after getting a good pass from Gabriel Jesus.
Mikel Arteta made a total of four changes, Ben White was taken off and his place was taken by Takehiro Tomiyasu, he also substituted Oleksandr Zinchenko and replaced him with Kieran Tierney, Bukayo Saka with Emile Smith Rowe and Gabriel Jesus with Edward Nketiah.
Brendan Rodgers also made some changes and he replaced Youri Tielemans with Dennis Praet, Daniel Amartey with Patson Daka and Jamie Vardy with Kelechi Iheanacho. The game ended 4-2 in favor of Arsenal.
