Crystal Palace will host Manchester United at the Selhurst Park tonight in another Premier League clash. This will however not be a walk in the park for the Red Devils because their opponents are equally strong.
The first leg that was played away at the Old Trafford ended 1-0 in favor of Crystal Palace which was the visiting team. The game will now be played in their home ground and they will have all their fans rallying behind them. This will give them a greater spark that will cheer them to produce one of their best results.
Manchester United will also find it rough because the squad has really been hit with the lack of squad depth in some positions especially the central defence. The reliable defenders are injured and the last time Erik ten Hag had to convert Casemiro into a central defender.
This may work against the Red Devils because Crystal Palace is known to be attacking using the counter attacks. The Crystal Palace players are always playing some terrific football.
Crystal Palace has also been in a very great form and the club has managed to collect 10 points out of the possible 12 points in their last four games. The players will be seeking to extend their good form at home and they want to pounce on Manchester United and pile more pressure on Erik ten Hag.
Oliver Glasner has mastered the art of getting the best out of the Crystal Palace players and he has instilled his philosophy and so far, his plan is working out well and the players are adapting very well to it. That is why they have even managed to get out of the relegation zone and are just seeking to strengthen their points.
Manchester United can also however not be ignored because the players also have a fighting spirit led by their captain, Bruno Fernandes.
