Honorable Millie Odhiambo has given men and women some free advice after the brutal murder of Sheila Wegesha by her husband Jack Bamboo.
She said that she has learnt that many people are directly blaming Sheila Wegesha of her infidelity but if it is true, then Jack Bamboo married her knowing well her character. Millie Odhiambo also said that she has also learnt that Jack Bamboo left his first wife and children and Sheila Wegesha also left his husband and they got married together.
Honorable Millie Odhiambo then gave some advice to the young men and women:
She told them that a person cannot plant mangoes and expect to reap cows. She added that if you plant mangoes and reap mangoes, then accept the same graciously because there is nothing else they can be.
She further went ahead and said that if you however thought that you could withstand the taste of mangoes but now you cannot, please leave. She continued to say that a person should never stay in an abusive relationship even for once.
Honorable Millie Odhiambo also said that people should not focus on what others will always say when they walk out of an abusive relationship. This is because those people do not feed you and all that you are trying to do is to salvage and save your life. She added that the same people are the ones who will become motivational speakers when you lose your life and they will say how much they knew you.
Honorable Millie Odhiambo also advised the onlookers and told them that they should not poke their nose too much into other people’s affairs. She advised them to first fix their marriages because she noticed that there were more than two people in that marriage.
Honorable Millie Odhiambo finally advised the people never to cheer the mistakes of any person if the cheering will not help them. She added that those who are cheering Jack Bamboo for killing Sheila Wegesha will not stop him from being prosecuted.
Her final words were that, if love is not working, then one should walk away from it because love is not expressed in anger, disrespect, drama, violence or even through murder.
