Written by Detectives have recovered the body parts linked to the woman who was killed by his husband in Huruma. The body parts were recovered in Mathare river. The detectives had conducted some search in the house where the man committed the offence but some of the body parts were missing.
The locals of Mathare alerted the police officers after they raised an alarm that there was a sack that was floating in the river. The police officers went to the site and recovered the body parts. They said that, they strongly believe that they belong to Joy Fridah Munani who was butchered by his husband John Kiama Wambua.

John Kiama Wambua was arrested by police officers who were patrolling in the Huruma Estate. They arrested him after realizing that he was carrying a bag and he was looking so suspicious. The instincts of the police were very right because they just pounced on a killer man who was obviously going to dump the body parts of her deceased wife.
He admitted that he is the one who committed the offence and he did that because he suspected that she was cheating on him. This is after finding him with another man.
John Kiama Wambua is still in police custody as more investigations continue. The detectives believe that the remains of the body parts will greatly aid them in their investigations. They said that they will take the body parts for analysis so that they can determine who they really belong to.
There is actually no escape route for John Kiama Wambua because he had himself admitted that he is the one who took the life of his wife. The police just requested for some time so that they can detain him as they gather more evidence and do the necessary and mandatory things that had not been done.
