What was Witnessed in France’s 2-0 Humiliating Defeat Against Denmark in the Euro Qualifiers

Denmark hosted France in another game of the Euro qualifiers.  The two Managers named very strong squads for that encounter. Didier Deschamps named Alphonse Areola in the goalpost. The defence had Benoit Badiashile, Dayot Upamecano and William Saliba.

The midfield had Ferland Mendy, Camvinga, Tchouameni and Benjamin Pavard. The striking force had Antoine Griezmann, Kylian Mbappe and Olivier Giroud. Kasper Hjulmand of Denmark also named a very strong squad with Kasper Schmeichel in the goalpost.

The defence had Kristensen, Anderson, Christensen and Joakim Maehle. The midfield had Pierre- Emile Hoejbjerg, Christian Eriksen and Thomas Delaney. The forward line had Andreas Skov Olsen, Kasper Dolberg and Mikkel Damsgaard.

The first half started on a very high note and the Denmark players were determined to break the long away unbeaten run for France. They toiled hard and made sure that they got the three points.

Mikkel Damsgaard gave Kasper Dolberg a good pass and he scored the opening goal of the game. They truly deserved that win because of the way they were playing. Five minutes later, Thomas Delaney gave Andreas Skov Olsen another brilliant pass that was converted into a goal.

This made Denmark to go 2-0 up at the end of the first half. The second half started on a very high note and the French players came back more charged. They found that the Denamrk players were equally prepared and they held onto their lead.

Kasper Schmeichel was also very active and he blocked and saved very many shots which were on targed. This denied France the opportunity to score any goal. The game ended 2-0 in favor of Denmark.
