Written by Debt of 1800 shillings has landed a Kisii man in trouble and he is now fighting for his dear life at the hospital after his genitals were chopped off by two women and three men. The man who is fighting for his life is a 52 year old man.
The police incident report indicated that the man owed one of the ladies who attacked him and they really inflicted a lot of pain on the man after cutting him deeply. The incident happened in Obwari village in Bomariba location in Kisii County.
The attackers were not only interested in his genitals, but also went ahead and injured his upper jaw hence making it difficult for him to chew solid food.
The villagers came to his rescue and quickly rushed him to Hope Nursing Home in Gesonso where he is still receiving treatment as he awaits for referral to a better Medical facility as recommended by the doctors who were taking care of him in that Nursing Home.
The victim was visited by police officers from Igonga Police Station and the report that they gave is that he is fairing on well and he is now in a stable condition even as he awaits for further referral. They confirmed that he is finally out of danger and they hope that the Medical Officers will do their best and rescue him so that he can recover fully.
The suspects are in the police radar and a manhunt has been launched for them. They may run and hide but they may never run and hide forever. They will be caught and they will face the law and possibly an attempted murder case because they could have murdered the victim.
This is indeed not the way to go because inflicting pain on the old man will still not pay the 1800 shillings.
