Written Updates from SULTANA CITIZEN TV for January 11
JJ and Major’s argument keeps going on. Their friendship is broken up by Asiya and Dida. Major warns JJ that he would destroy his house if he doesn’t leave. JJ tells Major he has no plans to leave the house without his mother. Major keeps warning JJ that he will perish like Sodom and Gomorra if he doesn’t leave. JJ returns to the house and returns with an axe in an attempt to free his mother. Major enters the home to retrieve a weapon. Kumewaka.
There is more fighting at Kokan’s residence between Kokan and Sultana. Kokan grabs Sultana and won’t let her leave his house until they’ve worked out their problems. The struggle continues, and Sultana informs Kokan that she needs to be allowed to leave. The scar on Kokan’s face brings up bad memories for her. He blames Sultana for the chaos in his life. Sultana claims he could have left her to die instead of rescuing and imprisoning her.
To help Bi Ua calm down during his rescue, JJ takes her to the major’s house. When Asiya tries to prevent JJ from saving Bi Ua, Major shows up with a gun and fires warning shots into the air. People stop moving in unison. The Major challenges JJ to follow in Mburukenge’s footsteps and get shot in the head.
When Sada visits Bi Salama, she hears Salama say that major is a horrible person for spreading rumors that Sada murdered her father. Sada can’t stop sobbing and beating herself up because she didn’t do enough to aid her dad. Sada is urged by Bi Salama to quit placing blame on herself. Sada confides in Salama that despite her best efforts, Major constantly brings up the tragic loss of her father. Salama confides in Sada that she believes Major is responsible for the death of their father. Sada sees the validity in what Salama is saying. She can’t stop crying.
JJ is getting ready to leave Major’s house, and Dida is trying to prevent him from leaving. JJ tells Dida he’s losing it because he can’t believe Major threatened to shoot him despite the fact that he is Major’s only son. Dida keeps pleading with JJ, saying that Bi Ua will be in a worse position if he departs. Either JJ or Major will die, JJ tells Dida if he stays. When he becomes too upset, Dida tries to soothe him.
While visiting Salama, Sada reveals that only Salama was able to successfully deal with Major. According to what Salama has told Sada, Major was a terrible man and nobody could handle him. Sada hears from Salama about how Major treated her poorly. She begs Sada to abandon her obsession with Major. Sada claims that she would be having a child older than Sultana if she hadn’t aborted. Sada says it has been difficult to deal with the loss of her father and her pregnancy. Salama advises that they establish a strategy to handle Major.
When Fatima visits Major, she walks into Major’s room and sees him getting ready for the day. She inquires as to whether or not he plans to depart. Major says nothing as he finishes getting ready. Major concedes to Fatima’s insistence and says he needs time to calm down. Major begins to leave the room, but Fatima stops him and begins hugging him, telling him how proud she is of him. Fatima reaches out and kisses Major passionately.
Sada gives Salama a hug before she leaves her residence. According to Salama, Major ruined her time as a teenager.
Kokam keeps his hold on Sultana and won’t let her go. She will never go outside again, he says to Sultana as he shuts the door. Sultana begins yelling and waving for assistance. Kokan laughs at her some more and tells her to quit being so irritating. Sultana reassures Kokan that she has no apprehensions about him. Kokan starts roughing her up. Kokan is thrown to the ground by Sultana’s push. As a result of the blow to his head, he begins to bleed profusely. This man has passed out. Something might be amiss with Kokan, Sultana realizes. In the realization that she may have murdered him, she begins to quake. Kokan is lying lifeless on the ground. At this point, Sultana breaks down in tears, pleading for Kokan to come to.

Sultana tears as she attempts to wake Kokan awake who is bleeding excessively and she gets terrified as she senses he is bleeding
When Sultana promised to return home, Bi. Salama became concerned for her well-being and made a promise that she would never let her try suicide again. She peeps through the window but she can’t see her, she ends up stumbling on her cereals. Kaka and Maria show up, but Bi. Salama is visibly concerned about Sultana and tells Kaka as much when they arrive.
At the club, Major pays the cashier, who then packs his drinks.
Maria assists Bi. Salama as she shops for breakfast cereal; Kaka offers to go look for Sultana but is asked to refrain by Bi. Salama, who explains that if they don’t give her time, she will break a promise she made to the girl. Kaka doesn’t have a good feeling about it since Sultana shouldn’t be alone at such a time and that was why he brought Maria there to care after Sultana. Hearing this makes Maria frustrated because she didn’t travel all the way there only to babysit Sultana. While Bi. Salama is trying to convince her to befriend Sultana, Maria sees Sultana walking by and calls out to her.
For fear that Major will try to kill Babu again, Sada begs him to try to communicate with Bi. Salama and provide him with temporary shelter, but Babu refuses, insisting that he cannot avoid death. Sada pulls out the pictures, and Babu recognizes her father in one of them to be his lawyer Halid Mufti, whom he characterizes as very discreet because he was there during the sale of some land. Sada presses him for an explanation, and Babu explains that he wasn’t sure when she first inquired.
