Written by The former Cabinet Secretary of Interior, honorable Fred Matiangi has mapped out the plan that he will use to unseat President William Ruto in 2027 general elections.
He has gone a step ahead and hired a Canadian lobby firm that will help him to make sure that his ambitions come true. Reports have indicated that, the former Cabinet Secretary has already penned a consultancy with Dickens and Madson which is a lobbying firm in Canada.
Reports also indicated that, on 29th July 2024, honorable Fred Matiangi paid a deposit of 8.4 million Kenyan shillings and he will also pay another 32.3 million as a retainer.
The deal means that, the private firm, will provide media and all the Public Relations services in relation to his campaign. It will also lobby the legislative branches of the United States government to support the Presidential ambitions of Dr. Fred Matiangi.
The deal will also see the firm help, Dr. Fred Matiangi in processing and issuing out all the informational materials that will be necessary for the campaign.
The deal is expected to run for a period of one year and will only be considered for renewal if the two parties come to a mutual consent and agreement.
Honorable Fred Matiangi has been very busy in making plans for his 2027 political comeback. He has taken a very low profile after the term of the former President honorable Uhuru Kenyatta came to an end. He will always be remembered for his tough stance and the reforms that he brought in the Education sector when he was the Cabinet Secretary and the Interior Ministry.
