Written by Kenyans and the world at large have once again been left in utter shock after another lady was found brutally murdered in Kitale. The lady has been identified as Purity Lang’at. Her body was found dumped in Gatua and it had severally severe injuries.
The injuries indicated that, Purity Langat must have been struggling before demise. Her body was found by passers by early in the morning as they were heading to their various places of work. They then took the mandate and reported the matter to the investigative authorities.

The police have launched a thorough investigation into the matter so that they can get into the root cause of the problem.
Purity Langat was described by her family members as a loving and vibrant lady who had no grudges with anyone. They are even shocked that someone had the audacity to cut her life short and later dump it in a thicket.
Purity Langat has left behind a very small child. The child has now been rendered as an orphan because of the acts of the killers of the mother.
The villagers requested the police to heighten security measures in that area. They said that, there has been a lot of insecurity in the region and what they are requesting is that, the security needs to be beefed up in that area.

They said that, the police officers should not wait for an incident like the murder of someone to take place in order for them to take charge.
Purity Langat’s death know adds to the total number of ladies who have been killed. The trend is really growing so fast and something needs to be done. The people involved in such incidences also need to be taken to court and they should be charged so that they can face the consequences of their actions.
